E-Government
There is plenty of information, advice and services online via the government which makes life easier as all sources are in one place and explained simply for consumers. I have made a table showing different services shown in table under certain titles.
The government are trying to cut down on costs by having people use the online services instead to cut down on wage costs and other outlays. By having people do it online requires less employees and saves money for the government in the long term.
